How long can you keep your South Point slot club points?

Last year my sister was there during her birthday month and got 2500 extra points. Does anybody know how long she will be able to use them? I also would like to know what you can get with your points from their slot club.

We sure do like the place. But their comp system isn’t very clear to us. Any information would be appreciated.

TIA,

Cyndee
As a South Point regular it is nice I will also be getting that bonus in March my birthday month. That is a $7.50 value.

This is the rule from the Club that may help.

Accounts with no activity for 13 consecutive months will be considered inactive and all points will be forfeited.

Terry
It certainly does help. Thank you, Terry. It’s good to know that. I think we will get there before her points expire.
Their website shows a fairly simple conversion of points to Free Play, Retail Use or Food comps. As a regular there, what do you like to use your points for?

Thanks again,

Cyndee
Cyndee: sometimes timing is everything in using your points. Once in awhile SP will give 50% off for using points - that promotion will usually last for a month. I only use my SP points for the restaurants on trips where I'm playing but not staying there. When I stay there, my food is usually comped by my host.

Thanks, Fredo. I will keep that in mind as well.

Like was mentioned this the current one.

Thanks so much for your responses. I learn so much on these forums.

I really appreciate it,

Cyndee
And I wouldn't be surprised if SP would reinstate your points if you were there a bit after the 13 months. They have a race book club with a 12 month limit on points and they have always reinstated my expired points without me even having to ask. This is a very customer friendly place.

Cyndee, get your sister's card and put one or two points on it the next time you are at the South Point.

Agree with Dental Don.

Keep one of your sisters SP cards with you, and put a few points on it whenever you are in town.

I always keep my "kids" Harrahs cards with me, and throw a few points on their cards every few months to
keep their comp dollars alive.

Worst come to worst..........PM one of the LVA- SP regulars, and ask if you can Mail them Sis's card, and
ask if they can put on a couple points for ya. We've been known to do that too.
