I just don't get MLife

What's up with MLife players club (MGM Resorts Intl)?

They've got lots of tiers but to be honest I really don't see much of a difference between them in terms of benefits.

When you sign in, I see a few offers but not all of them. Some come via email (and never appear on line) and some are via regular mail (again, they may not appear on line). This is very frustrating as it would be great to see ALL of your offers on line. But it works the other way too...For example, I have an offer for NYE from NY NY and Aria online, yet I never received the invite via mail or email so I don't know the details.

In addition, many of the offers on line say "FREEPLAY" without giving you the amount...is says "call". Why do I need to call? Just show me!

Lastly, why can't you book these offers online?

Let's hope MGM Resorts makes some improvements to MLife in 2012.
You'll find many people who would agree with you.

It's not like they tried to reinvent the wheel.....just basically took the CET system but have failed miserably with the implementation.

I do like their Express Comps feature....allows me to eat where I'd like without having to be checked into a MRI property. Outside of that, it gets very low marks in my book.

Like you, I'm hoping they get it right in the new year. For now, I can't recommend MRI to a new player with the expectation that they'll get any/some reasonable offers commesurate with their level of play.
