Does anyone know if Cosmo is offering a sign-up bonus for joining Identity?

I didn't get anything when I signed up, unless you count a brochure detailing the players club a bonus...

Is it true, the club awards points not just for gambling but also for purchases, and any $$ you spent on property?

I read that somewhere--not sure if it was BS or not.
