Have played GN for years, RFB for a number of nights always up front.
Old host left 2 years ago, got new one. Last trip 7 nites RFB now I did have 2 upfront mailers for 6 nites free, a couple of nites before check out I checked with host and was told eat up all is well.
Now planning trip for 9 nights, host checked with boss and says can do first 4 RFB upfront and rest of trip will be based on play and that last trip boss said I was overcomped a little . Host says 'hopefully all will be covered as we play alot and it should not be a problem.' How can that be when I checked with host?
Host says they have tightened up some on comps. Anyone else run into a change up at GN or elsewhere?
While I realize one will never fully get all the details on comp policies at casinos it makes me a little uneasy with host having to check with boss as that is so different from before and no willing to comp trip upfront.
