LVA Coupon for Sand Dollar royal flush at the Plaza

I hit the progressive in the bar for $1224.99 and Plaza paid out the additional $500 slot free play on the LVA coupon.  I was able to turn the $500 free play into another $1100 in tickets out.  

Got really lucky tonight!  LVA coupon book is paid off for awhile.

Right on, Congrats!   What you did was the Jackpot of the Week on Anthony and Andrew's video this week/yesterday.  A couple was playing at the Sand Dollar and the wife hit a royal for the $1200+ progressive and while she was getting paid the husband hit a royal on a 50 cent machine for 2 grand.  He used the coupon and parlayed that into over another $600 in tickets out.  

Yay, congratulations, hip hip hooray and all that!  Keep up the good work!

Dumb question, do you show them the coupon when you start playing or after the royal?

That's a good question.  When I go down there next week, I'm going to let them know I have the coupon.  Not gonna show it until I win.

Just hang onto the coupon until you hit the royal.

I've heard that Sand Dollar costs money to get into and the bar isn't always open (not good, as the bartender has to verify the hit). Are those things true?

  I think it is grest that a MRB/Las Vegas Advisor patron was able to hit the Royal and use the coupon.
