Not so long ago, various nightclubs in Vegas (including some strip clubs) prominently displayed a sign sayng that people whi had entered the property "for the purpose of gambling" would not be charged a cover. Don't know of a recent example, though--I wouldn't be caught dead in a Vegas nightclub.
My wild guess is that you might have to move up one or two management levels (past the wet-behind-the-ears UNLV Hospitality Management degree holder) before you get some confirmation of the validity of the statute, but if you insist, you can obtain it.
