LVA Wicked Spoon BOGO

Only valid for NEW Identity club members.......I was shocked to find a completely worthless coupon in the LVA!

That was Cosmo's decision late last yesr to restrict the use of the coupon to new members.

I thought I read elsewhere that they're limiting the coupon to one account for life; since we used my account on the last trip, we were planning on using my wife's on this trip.  Are you saying the requirement is now that you actually have to open an account on the same trip to use this voucher?  (Been waiting weeks to receive my book, so can't see what the coupon says.)

If you already are an identity club member the coupon cannot be used. Sad panda! 

The place is way overpriced anyway.  Just as good as the new buffet at the Palms.

After getting screwed on the coupon, I won't be gambling at The Cosmo.

I messaged Cosmo through Facebook and was told they would honor the coupon for existing Identity Club Members.  I haven't tried redeeming it yet, but I saved the Facebook conversation if I'm given a hard time.

We are going later this summer so please let us know if they honoured the coupon for an existing club member - hope so!! 

Really? You obviously are not the “customer” they are looking for! The coupon is to let folks try the buffet and hopefully return and pay the full price. If you gamble there enough you can use points or tier status for discounts or comped. 

It is a top ten buffet in Vegas and you think it should be free or discounted? How bout next trip you go to Wynn buffet or Aria and tell em’ you want a discounted buffet.

I was just in Vegas last week, I did not have a problem with the Wicked Buffet coupon as I was an existing customer.  I was not impressed with the Buffet and probably would not return.  I do admit that the service was great and they were very attentive but the food was dry and most thing over cooked and appears to have been sitting for awhile.  The salad bar was very minimal and very dull.  That is my take on it and maybe I was their on a bad day.
