Hey Group,

Here is something else to keep in mind with the offer for The Quad for the 1c to 4c Sunday Offer that's listed in the LVA Weekly Hotel And Show Offers from 9/19/2013.

Since The Quad is at the same location as Imperial Palace was, please be aware that the parking lot and driveway is (if I'm remembering correctly) part of the Flamingo Wash and it is prone to flooding at least during Rainy Season.

QOD from April 2008 Coach? They havent gotten any better since then??

Yes, Champ, that is when it was done and I have not heard about any improvement in the situation since then. The parking lot is just part of the Flamingo Wash and I think that that's the way it is.

As for rainy season, I'm not absolutely sure but it's probably during winter plus then there's the Monsoonal Flow which comes around (I think) in July and it could run into September. Does any LV local here know about this?
