No 2021 American Casino Guide

Thanks for sharing I was wondering if coupons used last year would be accepted as new this year as well

I have the same question.  Will last years coupons be honored this year?

It depends on the casino. ACG says that they've struck deals with many of the casinos in question to honor the 2020 coupons. Here's a link to the current list, which may grow larger:

Kevin is correct but I may add if you used lets say a matchplay coupon and you buy another book, I believe your in the system and you won't be able to use another. I don't think you'd have any trouble with food coupons.

Only place that gave me an issue with gaming coupons was D and Golden Gate.

Plaza, DT Grand, Binions and Four Queens all allowed me to redeem 2020 coupons in November 2020 and also in January this year.

What about LVA coupons from 2020 are they being accepted in 2021?

Probably not, but try one, Walter.  If challenged about it just say "Oops, sorry, wrong coupon book" and let it go.  Don't argue, don't try to explain why you couldn't use it last year, etc.

If the person doesn't notice the expiry date on the coupon and gives you the discount or whatever, score!  You paid for the book, after all.

BTW, I haven't tried this.  Good luck.

In my experience, if the coupon has a substantial cash value, like $X free play, they examine the expiration date carefully and will almost always turn you down. The same thing happens with matchplays. However, usually restaurant/buffet twofers are honored.

Anthony certainly knows more about this than I do, but I suspect there might even be some law regarding expired gaming coupon redemption as opposed to dining coupons. (We saw how long Big Brother's reach is when the D's push on 22 coupon was squelched.) It might not be legal for the casinos to honor expired gaming coupons--but dining is a whole another area.

Thanks for the answers.
