Offer in Mail Doesn't appear online

I received an offer for a poker tournament and three free nights from Total Rewards for Aug 8-10 in the mail. It says to book it at My TR. When I go to My TR, the offer is not there. Has this happened to others? I prefer to book online, but I guess I will have to call.

Just a heads-up on making that call. I was charged a fee for making a phone reservation back in January to stay at IP. They said it was a “One time only thing”. But you should know that Harrah’s may not charge a resort fee, but it can cost you about $12.00 to make a reservation by phone. At least the first time. That was the first time I had been charged any such thing and I didn’t mind it only once. But many people would be put off by it.

Thanks for the info. I think I just might call and generally ask why it's not on the My TR page.

I don't think that charge will apply for booking a comp stay. You should talk to VIP services and I am sure they will get you set up.

I'm afraid it did apply to my comped nights in January. They called it a processing fee. Since it was my first time booking a stay, they said it was a fee for setting me up in the database. It sounded odd to me that they could look up my club card number to identify me, but it was worthy of extra administrative effort to book me over the phone. I just thought everybody should be prepared for this to come up.
