Palms buffet

I just returned from superbowl week trip. Picked up book at LVA and met Anthony while I was there. Prior to our arrival we printed the members LVA online Palms coupon and had it validated prior to use. Only new hitch from last year is you can't use any monthly/ weekly food vouchers with the coupon. So if you were planning on cashing in with weekly or monthly food voucher and BOGO LVA , not gonna happen. We questioned and cashier called supervisor who also said "no". Still a good value but wasn't as good with food credit added.

That coupon has had so many strings attached, and the base cost of the buffet has gone up and up and up and up so many times, the deal is no longer worth bothering with--at least not on Lobster Night. You have to devote 4-5 hours to jumping through the hoops, waiting in line...not worth the hassle IMHO.

It was a much better play when the gambling in there was still good. But now it stinks

For those who enjoy lobster, it is the best deal in Vegas. Here are the "hoops" one must jump thru  --TERMS & CONDITIONS Bring voucher to Club Serrano prior to visiting the buffet. Once validated, redeem voucher at the A.Y.C.E. cashier to receive one dinner or brunch buffet when accompanied by a cash-paying guest, or receive 50% off one single buffet cash purchase. Club Serrano membership is required; membership is free. Not valid on holidays. Must be at least 21 years of age. Not valid with any other offer or promotion. No cash value. One voucher per LVA member per year. Not for resale. Void if altered or copied in any way. Offer expires December 30, 2025.

David, LVA subscribers are generally highly literate and intelligent people and can read the back of a coupon--but I fear that for those who can't, your copying and pasting those terms won't help.

Since one must print the coupon, bring it to the Palms, stand in line at the players' club, get a voucher, then stand in line to redeem it, using it is much more complicated than using the other coupons.

I expressed my opinion. Your disagreement does not invalidate my opinion. This is a habit you should, but will never, break.

That's kind of a silly policy, but not atypical these days. My thought is, and it used to be the case in most instances, if you have a coupon/discount/voucher/whatever that reduces the price of X, it should apply in all circumstances, regardless of whether X is already discounted. $20 food credit should be $20 food credit.

We also were there on Super Bowl week and used our ayce coupon on Friday Valentines Day for the prime rib and crab legs buffet, 4pm-10 pm. $54

Redeeming the coupon and getting a card couldn't have been quicker or easier.

Best coupon I ever used and it returned almost the entire price of my membership alone.

forget about the Lobster buffet.

Doesn't make sense to refuse it as all we'll do is eat the buffet and go over to there coffee shop where they have great deserts in a case as you enter that we'll get for the rest of the trip. They really don't gain anything as I got more food and won't be back this trip.

I used it for brunch on my last visit.     Im glad I had the coupon.   It was a worthwhile value with the coupon.   I would have been disappointed if I paid full price.    Brunch buffet isnt as good as it used to be.

Dinner is probably the way to go.

do they not still take reservations for lobster night? my last two experiences only required about a 5 minute wait. it was much longer for the regular brunch when they were giving 2 for 500 points earned.

Still taking reservations on both nights.
