Sandra- speaking for myself, I would imagine that when the coupon is available Anthony will post a notice in the Vegas News portion of the Forums. I personally keep checking in the Members Rewards Online Coupon section located in the Coupon header area at the top of the Home page.

If you want to know who's responsible for that, blame the coupon counterfeiters. That particular coupon is so valuable, it's worth it to the scammers to try to duplicate it. The rule of "The coupon must be detached from the book in the presence of the casino employee" (or however it exactly goes) rule was meant to head that off, but the harried cashiers didn't always enforce it. Similarly, coupons like this are supposed to only be redeemed once a year, but the cashiers have no way of directly checking that

The most secure option is to require that the customer exchange the coupon for a voucher at the players' club. But people don't like waiting in line in order to wait in another line.

So the digital coupon will have the player's name in it and it will be impossible to duplicate it. A pain, I know, but scammers ruining a good thing in Vegas is so common, it's pretty much a trope

Well, as far as "nowadays" is concerned...that was pretty much Vegas in 1994. Or 1954. Or 1934. At least today, you don't have to worry about the casinos cheating you. Usually.

So I ordered 2 2024 books for my account so I could take my parents and grandmother to the Palms AYCE buffet. There was no indication the coupon would be switching to online. From what I can see, I can not get a second different coupon that my parents can use. I only bought the 2 rewards books for the Palms AYCE. Is anyone else in the same boat? I emailed customer service but no response.

Give them a call. Much quicker and they'll solve the issue. Very helpful.

That's the reason behind the "one per household" rule that they used to have, but I'm not sure if it's still worded that way. The reality is that you could rarely get any mileage out of a second book because most of the decent coupons have to be validated/cross-checked with the respective players' club and a second one that you try to redeem in the same calendar year won't be honored.

Best thing to try would be to ask LVA to put your second account in one of your parents' names. That way, using the online coupon, their name, not yours, will be on it. And of course, if you want to use any of the other, paper coupons, you can have them sign up for the relevant players' club at the casino in question (that's usually a prerequistite for using any of the LVA coupons).

Unfortunately, due to scammer abuse, the most valuable LVA coupons have strict "one per customer" rules of one kind or another.

Hi all , I don't have access to a printer to print any coupons .
can the palms buffet coupon be downloaded onto my phone or does it have to be printed out ?

I don't have a answer about transferring
