Palms Coupon

When I went to print the Palms coupon online, browser said "printing", nothing printed.

Reloaded page, clicked print, and got a message that I had already printed maximum number of times. Oy.

I just used this coupon a few days ago. I'm satisfied that I used the coupon but Palms has the worst customer service. None of the employees knew about this coupon. I went to the Serrano Club first and none of them knew about it. They said I got a counterfeited coupon. I said I printed it out the coupon and it's not a counterfeit but they kept saying that. Horrible experience. I was able to contact the manager in Serrano Club and he stamped on the coupon I gave them. I thought all I needed was pay the half price with the stamped coupon but no. The counter lady in the buffet said I needed a signature from Serrano Club. I said they stamped on the coupon but she said I needed a signature. The waiting line was very long and I waited for like 30~40 minutes to just get in there. I was so pissed but just went back to the Serrano Club and got a signature on the back of the coupon.

When I went back to the buffer the lady was gone and another employee was taking care of. I gave her the coupon. She never checked the back side to see a signature. She just let me in with the half price.

None of them knows about this coupon. Just a horrible experience.

I only went for lunch last year.Going for dinner this time. The lobster night sound good Yet it sounds like a hassle. Plus the lines for time I went were long.

The worth of a coupon is inversely proportional to the number of boothlings you need to interact with to use it. One boothling is the practical maximum--beyond that, insanity lies.

I don't see why the bleeping blanking lobster is worth the extra bucks (a substantial amount above the price for the non-lobster nights, even with the coupon) AND fighting the long lines to get in. I'd rather use it on some other "regular" night.

I WOULD pay to see a Lobster Derby, where the lobsters would be released alive and the guests had to catch them and fight over them.
