Palms Offer

I just recevied a Palms offer for March and April.  It includes free play, comped weeknights, and 2 for 1 brunch buffet.  I wonder why they chose not to offer the 2 for 1 in the LVA coupon book but sent me an offer.  We only went to the Palms to use the LVA coupon 2 for 1 buffet and birthday free spin.  

The $25 and $10 free play will be better for most players since the previous LVA coupon (or this coupon) is only valid on paid buffets (either with cash or with points).  Many people get free buffets or meal credit by default anyway and this would not be valid with dining offers.
