Pretty good Strat deal

Just got an email detailing the "April Showers" promo at Bob Stupak's Substitute Penis. It's $X per night through the end of December, taxes included and no resort fee. You also get two tickets to the Tower and a $20 matchplay.

A search of the rate calendar turned up rates of $49 for most Mon-Thurs dates. Sundays varied; weekends were the usual insane prices.

There are worse places. Food there is expensive and not great, and the gambling is crap, but you've got location, location, location. The Deuce goes right past it, so you can go downtown or to the Strip very easily. And Carl's Jr. is just across the street if you want a good burger. Wear body armor and carry heavy weaponry if you want to venture farther afield in that neighborhood.

We really liked the IHOP that used to be just down the street.  Went there a number of times years ago, when we young and liked to walk all over the place.  Always went there between 10am and noon.
