Venetian did years ago, but I don't know about now. Showing a Diamond card got you into I think, Gold tier (that may not be right) which got you access to a lounge that wasn't really that much. I can't take the scent in V/P, but the casinos are nice. I don't know of any others.

Not sure you are even interested about downtown, the Plaza use to match.
I wouldn't be surprised at some type of matching at any Strip casino. Pretty sure mLife will match, which encompasses MGM-owned properties.
