question about las vegas advisor booklet

Hey il be in town Monday and want to buy a 2017 booklet .  Want to go with my wife and our 2 friends.  

I have 2 questions 

1. If I have signed up at a players club before can I still use? As well as I know some players clubs give you a little something for signing up can you combine those for the 1s I haven't signed up for? 

2. If I buy them this weekend could we pick them up Monday ?

I've compiled a list of all gambling coupons in LVA and ACG here

For LVA, none of them require you to be a new member, detract you from using new member rewards or disallow you from using similar or same ACG coupons.

As far as I know, there shouldn't be an issue picking up a book whenever you want (Mon-Fri 9-5). They're just checking their system to see you haven't picked one yet and give you a random book from a drawer.

I think you have to preorder.

You can do either but the faster way would be to preorder.
