question on four queens offer

Just received April-June offer from 4queens. $300 in free play, $200 in non-negotiable chips. Ends on June 30. We are arriving in vegas on the 30th and staying until the 5th of July. Three questions, 1. do you have to book a room to get the free play? 2. When I get my July offer from them can we use this offer on June 30 and then whatever offer we get to stay and play later in the week? and 3. has anyone had any experience with the non-negotiable chips, are they matchplay what is the max play per hand etc?? Thanks for your time and any help!!
I can answer the middle part of the question with certainty, because I stayed at 4 Queens last year March 29-April 1. Not only was I able to use my offer for both periods, but they even reminded me at the players club to be sure and use it before I leave on April 1. I don't think you have to be a guest for the freeplay, I don't remember seeing that stipulation anywhere, but someone else might be able to tell you for certain. Not positive about the chips, but as far as I can remember, they were matchplay. I don't think there's a limit per hand, but once again, someone else may know better.
The free play is preloaded to your card so you don't have to check into a room. In my experience, I have used free play at the end of one period and the beginning of another on consecutive days. I have seen slight delays around the New Year period but not more than about three days between offers. I have used the non-negotiable chips one time before. The bets had to be even money and I believe that I couldn't use them at the Pai-Gow table. I don't think there was a maximum (other than the table limit) as long as it was an even money bet. I used them on Roulette with no problem. I didn't check any other table games. I hope this helps.
Did your offer include meals at Hugo's?

I've been getting the same offer for years at 4Q. Latest offer is $200 free play, $100 Chips and food at Magnolia and Chicago Brewing. No mention of Hugo's!

Kiwiboy1, I think your question is directed to the OP but I will say that my offer is the same as the OP with Hugo's.
Thanks Alex, that helps. It would seem the play requirement has changed for Hugo's I normally average 1000 pts a day, it would seem it is higher now.
The offer does not require a stay at the 4Q. As stated earlier, the free play is pre-loaded onto your player's card.

I always play the promotional chips at blackjack, usually betting $10 at a time. They take the chips if you win or lose (but not on a push). The expected value is just below 50%.

The staff at the player's club is very diligent in letting you know what free play you have and when it expires. The 4Q has a good group working there.
Don, your a man in the know... it would seem the play requirement has changed at 4Q for the RFB mailer. Do you happen to know what is now? 1500pts? 2000pts?
I think I avg between 1250 and 1500 per day.
Thanks Toni, that really helps! I'll bump my play up.
