Rio room offer

Because I was using the LVA offer and might need one, I went online and signed up for the Rio rewards club. I've never been to the Rio.  Last week, the Rio sent me an offer for 3 free nights Sun-Thurs thru November 14th.  I will have to pay the $45.35 resort fee per night.  However, the renovated king rooms are part of the deal.  I'm planning to use it when I go down for my birthday next month.  I can't understand why they sent it to me but it worked.  Take care everyone.

They have a match play offer on there website where you show them your best offer with no resort fees, they match food beverage and rooms.

I did see that but I have none of those.  I was shocked to get any offer when I had never played there.

Good for you. Rooms are very nice, still a lot of work in casino in process. I'm not sold on the food options as there really is nothing open after 10pm except the sports deli most nights.

I went there in May, signed up in person, and played maybe 30 to 60 minutes of quarter VP and got that same offer. Must be going out to all new signups. I normally stay Downtown, but I booked 2 nights in a renovated king for September.

Thanks for your input.  I noticed they have renamed them the Ipanema King Suites.  I checked the prices for September and the deal will save you substantial $$$.

I've received several mail offers from them with rooms, freeplay and food.  I stopped by on the last visit to see what the VP schedules were and was pleasantly surprised to see that FP DDB at the $ level was all over the place.  Went by to see if they would do tier matching with CET, but no luck.  Since I have cut back on the Vegas visits (from 4 to 3 a year), I decided not to spread my gambling to another company and passed on a card.

Still doing Red Rock as their lodging, good play and food offers have continued, but once they fall off Vegas will probably be off my list.  Tahoe and Atlantic City have become my go to places with 3 visits each during the year, along with local casinos in Indiana and Mississippi.

Just keep in mind, when you're doing your VP shopping, that "full pay" 9/6 DDB is a below-99% game. The actual full pay version is 10/6, but it only exists in a couple of place in Vegas.

Thanks for the advice.  Before I started reading the forums, I didn't take as much time as I should have to check the pay schedules.  I have my car so I will be spending time at Emerald Island/Rainbow to use my food coupons, use my birthday offers, and redeem as many LVA coupons as I have left.  A lot of folks here are Major League players.  I think I've advanced to the Class AA level.  Take care.

Well, good news...if you like to play DDB, EI and Rainbow are the two places I mentioned that have 10/6 DDB. You can play at least $3 a hand if you do multiline--higher might be possible, but I'm not sure.
