So, we both (tonycc and bcc) got letters from John Sou, explaining the "restructuring" and that the team members have moved on to persue other ventures.
We were looking forward to our big welcome, and a chance to discuss - in person - a very serious problem we had at Sam's Town recently.
At check in, the desk clerk called John Sou. He wasn't there.
So they called Ron Highsmith. He wasn't there either.
The third in line "Assistant" wasn't there either. This was about 5pm on a Tuesday night.
So finally they called the Shift manager, who came off the gaming floor to greet us, but really didn't know why (she asked if it was our first visit to Sam's Town - duh... no.. it was maybe our 200th or so visit....).
So that was our big welcome... No steroids, no love. Time to go find Johnny I guess.
