Went over there yesterday, the boothling's explanations of the rules were so convoluted that I asked for a rules sheet. And she gave me one! Bottom line is that this is more of a locals' than a visitors' promo, as the requirements are too onerous for visitors to get the full $150, but it should be easy for locals:
Everybody gets the $50, no problem. Show smiling face and ID.
If you're a local (Nevada ID), then you have to earn 250 points ($2/pt for VP) to get each additional $50 FP, so 500 points to get the full $100, and you have 30 days to do it.
If you're a non-local (out-of-state ID), you have to wait 7 days to get the second $50, which you have to earn 250 points for, and you have 30 days after your initial sign-up to do it. For the third $50, you have to wait 7 more days, so 14 from initial sign-up (and earn the points during that third period, not before), and you have until 30 days after your initial signup to redeem it.
So this isn't really usable for visitors beyond the initial $50, and there is a substantial play requirement for the second and third $50. Nonetheless, shout out to LVA for making us aware of this.
I could only find 8/5 BP at the bar--everything else I saw was worse. Cashed out $66.
