They still need to get their act together though. the identity site has been down

for maintenance for over a month, and I received my December offers via email

I cantacted the Casino and it took a week to get them to do anything. There is no telling how many people had there personal information exposed to other people. I am so pissed about this and they haven't even sent my an apology. Anyone who has an identity membership should raise hell. this happened to be around the end of Nov. when this started. If anyone would like any more information I will do my best. I have emails and phone records.

What kind of personal info was displayed on the page you viewed?
Full name, address, date of birth, mothers maiden name. So just about everything except ss number and dl numbers. I'm still burning about this. I will be in Vegas this friday for a week and I will stop by let some people know. The employees do a good job of not letting customers move up the chain the of command. And it was this up coming trip when I was thinking about where I wanted to stay that I caught this problem. When I talked to the Cosmo they slipt up and told me at that time one other person had called. I caught it right away because I was logging in on a daily basis. I've thought about contacting Christy Hanson(she's the person that has her personal information on my page) and leeting her know how her personal information was on my log on.

Thanks for the information. I will be there in about 10 days and will be asking about this.

Says its under construction or something........

I sent an email requesting an explanation and more info as to the extent. Haven't heard back.

They just responded to my email.
