Sooooo...in town briefly (on my way to visit relatives) and I picked up my LVA book. Decided to spend the day at Emerald Island and Rainbow.
EI: Senior 1/2 price food day! Of course, I also had the LVA coupon if I needed it. Had Eggs Blackstone (a kind of Benedict) at the cafe. $4.50 plus tip--excellent! They have a Tuesday play $1400 get $20 cash back promo. I played 10/6 DDB Spin Poker (99.96%). I hit AAAA2 early but couldn't hang on to my lead, but still cashed out $20 ahead. Then I got the $20 cash back. Then, I used my LVA wheel spin coupon--$25!
Across the street I went to the Rainbow. I decided to play the same game as I had at EI, to earn 200 points to get their wheel spin. I lost $22 but the spin got me $10 back. Then, I used the LVA meal coupon to have one of the best burgers I've ever had at Triple B. $4.50 plus tip.
Low roller day--up $53 and had two excellent, cheap meals. Playing Spin Poker (and a little bit of .01 Ultimate X) was a blast. What's not to like?
