Still in town but can confirm Magnolia's gumbo is still awesome. 4Q is a great play downtown. I'll probably be back here in April and will do that promo.
As to the Vue bar at The D on the second floor, the music up there isn't as loud and obnoxious as ground floor. The bartenders are great, they make excellent cocktails and the VP is decent. There also is Sigma Derby. Love that machine.
One other note. I made a run to the Silverton because I had never been there before and had an LVA coupon. The place is gorgeous. For siging up for their card I recieved free play along with more free play based on points earned and 50% off dining. Worth a trip!
