DH and I will be staying at the Orleans for four nights on our upcoming trip - two on his comp and two on mine. We are staying Thursday through Sunday, but would like to venture out to Sam's Town on Thursday to take advantage of their point multiplier, which would most likely mean giving the Orleans very little play on that day. Assuming that we would give them our normal amount of play on Tuesday, when the Orleans has their point multiplier day for seniors, would this be considered a wash since we played there on a day when we weren't staying there? Would the fact that we are playing at another Boyd casino enter in to the equation at all? In other words, is it more important to play there when you're staying there on a comp, or do they look at the total amount of play over the whole six months, or year, or whatever time period they go by?
I'm also wondering if it would be worth it for me to play on DH's card on the days we are on his comp, and have him play on mine on my comp days, taking the risk that this would be considered "cheating" since you're not supposed to play on someone else's card. Surely they must be able to tell where someone is playing in the casino at any given time?
Thanks in advance for any insight you gave give regarding this.
