Wynn Red Card Buffet...method

Does anyone remember the process to receive the needed 50 points for new sign-ups? Is the offer still ongoing? The method had to do with $1 video roulette and spin the wheel. Total cost was minimal for the 2-1.
Thanks to anyone who might enlighten me.

This morning I was told it now takes 150 points to earn (2) free buffets, so a slight increase. I will check out that video roulette idea shortly. and report back.

Back from 5 days at Wynn. My wife and I could not find video roulette anywhere in the casinos (Wynn or Encore). We spent a bit of time, when we were NOT drinking so we were lucid, looking for video roulette and never saw it.

I played short pay VP and earned the buffets. The cost in points is now 150 points = (2) buffets.

Sorry for the bad news. Hopefully we just missed the video roulette, but I don't think so.
