$100 Dining at CET properties to impress wife?

I'm taking my wife to Las Vegas for Valentine's week and she doesn't gamble.  I would like to impress her with some meals.  However, we will just have business casual clothes - slacks and collared shirts.  The offer I'm going on has a $100 room credit and I have my Diamond $100 dinner to use too.  Also have enough credits to pay for meals, so price isn't as much a concern as good places that we can go in casual clothes.

Also, if we did decide to bring a suit and dress, what restaurants would that open to us that you would recommend?

Thanks in advance for any help!

No help???  Is there a better place to ask this question for more responses?

We enjoyed the St Louis Cafe at Paris for our $100 dinner....I had filet mignon...hubby had ribeye (if I remember correctly) Food and service was great!

If you want an impressive atmosphere and a great dinner I would recommend Old Homestead at Caesars Palace.  I took my wife there and I got the Gotham ribeye and she got the filet. Both of these were top notch and highly recommended. It is expensive, but if money is no object this is the place to go!

Thanks for the suggestions!

A few other options, Mesa Grill, Nobu, Giada's, Eiffel tower, Voodoo Steakhouse, Ruth's Chris, GUy Savoy, Ros'a, The Steakhouse @CC, Mon Ami Gabi, gordon Ramsey Steak, Those are some of the better places to eat at the CET properties.

BLT Steak is better than Ruth Chris' in ambiance & quality, imo.

Mesa food is amazing but I don't see it as a place to impress the wife.

As a woman, I am thinking BLT, Giada's, Eiffel Tower as great ambiance.

If it were me (and it is not) I would go to Bally's BLT. Old fashioned steak house with delicious steaks. Check out the menu online, I don't think you would be disappointed.

If you want to dress into your finest you will fit in nicely. They do allow casual as well. Probably whichever you desire is acceptable.

Rao's at Caesars

Martorano's at Paris.
