We tried the one at Palace Station two weeks ago. It comes in a tulip glass with lettuce on the bottom and then the spicy cocktail sauce and then a big scoop of the petite shrimp coming out the top. Comes with crackers and a lemon. Pretty good for 3 bucks, and is also at Boulder Station at Game On
