I agree about the Caesars buffet. There are more people taking photographs than there are people choosing their food. Some of it was good, but it was too complicated, and hard to find what you are looking for. I easily got lost because there are so many mirrors around (they are just mirrors of food stations, not actual food stations). How's that for confusion? (And no, I was not drinking).
We like the Mirage, Spice Market at PH, Paris, and Harrah's. Rio is great too (regular, not seafood), but it had too much fried stuff.
We LOVE the Flamingo breakfast - if you are Diamond and get seated by the fish and duck pond.
