25th anniversary

will be in vegas on the 27th for our 25th anniversary. just looking for suggestions as to where to go for dinner on our special day. thank you.

So many great restaurants it's hard to pick one not knowing your budget,location,preferences etc.

If you are not on a strict budget Joel Rubuchon at MGM would be my top choice for a memorable anniversary dinner.

Top of the World at the Stratosphere is also a memorable,romantic spot and really good dining.

Picasso at Bellagio is another great spot.
Also at Bellagio you could request an outside table at Olives which is right on the fountains.The dining is not as fine as the others but the location will win you points.

You might also consider the Eiffel Tower restaurant. Great souffles and fish dishes. Call ahead and they will put a dozen roses on your table for your special day. (The roses are actually quite reasonable, whild the food will be expensive.) With only two people you will get a small table generally overlooking the Bellagio fountains. The best table is the one right in the corner of the restaurant so that you can look at the fountains and both directions up and down the strip. Roy

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Craftsteak at MGM!! Their sides are big portions so you can order just one or two and share. Nice, quiet atmosphere too.

Haven't eaten at the Top of the World at the Strat but did go to the lounge for drinks and the great view once.

Also, congrats on 25. Hubby and I hit the 25th year mark this year too in April and are celebrating it in Vegas in July (also during our bdays). I like to go to Vegas in the summer for the pools and WSOP.

A side note about our 25th anniv. We have never had a china cabinet so all our china and crystal we got for our wedding has been in the attic (in the Texas heat) for 25 yrs except for a few pieces of our crystal. We got it all down a few weeks before our anniv. with the intent to sell it on Craigslist if it was in good enough condition. Well it was in perfect condition and I fell in love with my china pattern all over again and we decided to keep it. Our dining room has always had other stuff in it (currently does and eventually I want a craps table and that's the only place in the house it will fit) but we had a small area in the kitchen that would fit a small china cabinet (currently has a microwave cart there with just a coffee maker on it). Found a china cabinet on Craigslist that fit for only $85. We had dinner "in" on our anniversary and used our china and crystal. It was so much fun to see this stuff after 25 yrs. I felt like I was getting married all over again.

We did the 25 yr ann. last year in Vegas. I got a couple of deals on travel zoo for our special dinners. One was Bezo at Crystal Center Mall. Staff was rude and not impressed with the food or the room. Second deal was at Comma Ca at the Cosmo. It was really nice. Our table over looked the Paris so it was just like dinning in Paris LOL. Food was nice and service was great. Congrats on making it 25 years.

Craftsteak rocks. How about the new Ramsay? Robuchon is amazing! So many choices, so little time.
Don't remember the name of it buy we really enjoy the steakhouse at NYNY

We had ours..........long time ago............at Eiffel Tower Rest. Requested & got window table.
