3 food/restaurant questions

1.)Does anyone know where they server an eggs benedict with Salmon instead of ham or bacon? The café at the M used to server this but they have been replaced by hash house.

2.)Fried cheese & bread dish called Mozzarella en carozza? I work at a placed that served this and it was great. Slices of fresh mozzarella and bread, battered, and lightly deep fried. Hey, I am in Vegas and need at least one guilty pleasure!

3.)Ok I am looking for a great Caesar Salad that is actually made for you not dressing in a bottle? It doesn’t have to be table side but that would be nice. Most of the restaurants I have been at in Vegas don’t really serve a great Caesar Salad. Although, I did have a good one at Olives at the Bellagio a few years ago. It was a foo foo kind that was all standing up on the plate!

I like the table side Caesar at Hugo's Cellar at 4Q's. They do ask with or without anchovies.

I have not had the dish before but Rao's at Caesar's Palace has Mozzarella in carrozza on their menu.

Society Cafe at Encore has several salmon dishes and made to order eggs benedict so they can meet your needs.

Bacio in Tropicana does Mozzarella en carozza.
The head chef there used to be the chef at Raos and I think you'll find the price a lot better
In fact it's one of the starters on the Restaurant Week $30.11 dinner menu

Look at the Hash House menu---they just might have it as well.
