Someone asked about this, or something similar, some time back, and asked if the customer could decline to be charged this fee. I don't remember the outcome. Sorry.

Starting to think Laughlin is a better destination.
One poster suggested going to Yelp and Trip Advisor to directly complain about the CNF fee/charge.
He also said that if you apply to work at this place,be aware of the BS CNF fee.
That will get their attention and don't short change the wait staff!
Just another gouge - I wouldn't be surprised if the next fee is labeled "we enjoy screwing you over fee"...
