$50-$75 dinner recommendations on/near strip

I'm heading to LV in August for our 30th annual Fantasy Football Draft. We're staying on the strip and I'm  buying dinner for the other owners one night (probably end up being 5 or 6 guys).

Is there anyplace on/close to the strip that's relatively nice where I can get out for $50-$75 per person? Most of them aren't big drinkers, so we're mostly talking just food and tip.

All suggestions appreciated, especially those that contain recent personal experience. Thanks!

There are many, many choices, so perhaps you could narrow it down a little in terms of what's most important to your group. Any specific cuisine? Do you place importance on ambiance/atmosphere/decor? Or is the quality of the food (at your given price point) paramount?

Do you want to be within walking distance? If so, it would be helpful to know where your group will be staying. If you're going to be scattered. one Uber/cab might be the best choice.

Keep in mind that $50 might not get you a drink and an appetizer at many of the swankier Strip joints and the food isn't any better there than other places that cost a third as much. So I'm going to steer you gently over to the Gold Coast, which is easily accessible in a numer of ways:

Cornerstone Steak House: solid steak joint, really good prices and quality. Check out early bird specials.

Ping Pang Pong: Go-to place with a huge menu. Surprisingly authentic. $50 will definitely get you in and out of there with room to spare.

There are some fantastic Thai restaurants near the Strip, as well.

Oh, and especially since your group will be a bunch of football guys--consider heading over to Ellis Island for the BBQ joint. It's the best BBQ in town, they have in-house craft beer, and you'll find it almost impossible to spend more than $30 per person. You'll like the atmosphere.

I know you said on Strip but if you expand to downtown, it's hard to beat the value of Top of Binions with the 25% off LVA coupon.  And there's no limit to the number of guests for the coupon redemption.   The food quality, view, service is among the best you'll find....especially given the value proposition.

Go Asian.    Lots of elegant Asian restaurants that will easily fall in your price range.    I love the Noodle Den at Sahara...or Chi Asian kitchen at Strat.    But there's something similar at almost every strip casino.    Beautiful rooms and delicious food.    Doesnt break the bank.

Yeah, we are staying at Harrah's and value is important, but I think my first consideration is ambience. We are regulars at Gold Coast and EI (this is a group that goes to Vegas for MM every year), so I was looking for something a bit different this trip. But we've never been to Cornerstone or Top of Binions; I'll take a look at those.

Thanks all!

Both Cornerstone at the Gold Coast and the Top of Binions are excellent choices given your parameters.

One additional positive regarding Top Of Binions that I forgot to mention... you can use the LVA 25% discount then pay the balance with comps.

I agree Top of Binions. Food big portions

Steak comes with included sides.

unlike most restaurants sides extra.

The stuffed baked potato is huge.

The 25 percent off a bonus. Worth the

ride downtown. I usually stay on the

Strip these days. Yet make it a point

to go downtown It's fun to see all the

activity.
