$50-$75 dinner recommendations on/near strip

Wolfgang Puck's Bar and Grill in MGM has very good quality service, food, and ambience at prices lower than you would expect on the strip that would fall within your budget.

Another option on the strip within your budget is Maggiano's in the Fashion Show Mall -- easily walkable from Harrah's.

Lastly, essentially next door to Harrah's: saving time and transportation costs each way, Grand Lux at either the Venetian or Palazzo has a very wide ranging menu. So everyone should be able to find something they would like there within your budget.

I'm going to have to disagree on a couple points.

Maggiano's is a chain that's maybe a half step above Olive Garden.  Nothing remarkable about this spot.  There's about a billion better Italian choices in Vegas if OP was looking for that style cuisine.

Grand Lux/CKFactory has had a noticeable drop in quality (and a huge increase in prices nationwide) post pandemic as the corporation is struggling financially.

WGPucks is definitely solid.

Benihana at the Westgate

South of the strip is Town Square with a number of nice restaurants

Further south at Southpoint there is Primarily Prime or Don Vitos

Wife and I ate at Benihana the last time we were in Vegas, in late March.  It was not as expensive as we thought and plenty of food.
