8 East restaurant at Circa

we eat there every trip, and have tried most things on the menu.  The chicken and green beans,  brisket fried rice , and sizzling shrimp seem to be our favorites.   we have seen Derrick Stevens eating in there a few times

I've been there once.  Nice venue, pretty expensive (like all of the Circa restaurants), but the food was very good, innovative, very well prepared.

I've dined at 8 East several times, including twice during my last Vegas visit two weeks ago.  The menu includes many small plate selections and several "main dishes" to choose from.  Everything that I have tried has been delicious.  The Entrees come with ample portions so you won't go away hungry.  The service has always been prompt and courteous whether I have dined solo or with a large group.  They have counter seating if you are a solo diner, so you can watch the chefs prepare the food.  I would advise making a reservation during peak dining hours, otherwise you may have to wait; especially on weekends.  I look forward to dining there on my next Vegas trip which will be in a couple of weeks.

they have a party or meeting room in the back that should work fine
