Affordable Downtown Dining Options?

After being away for many months, I am planning to return to Downtown LV the first week of January 2024. Having no comps and assuming the MRB coupons will not be available yet, how best would you recommend to spend $40-45 budgeted per day for three affordable meals? Hopefully this is still achievable. Thanks in advance for all your knowledge and input!

 1) Magnola's @ Four Queens.--2) Food Court, Tony Roma's @ Fremont--3) Binion's cafe @ Binion's--4) Market Street Cafe @ California. All of these places have good inexpensive food. Here is a site that has more details and choices  ---   https://lasvegasthenandnow.com/cheap-places-to-eat-on-fremont-street-downtown-las-vegas/

Another thought, buy some cereal at a CVS & if your room has a fridge get some milk & juice. That will take care of breakfast.

There is the hot dog deal at the D or Pizza Rocks

My "go-to" affordable options with excellent food: Le Thai on East Fremont and PopUp Pizza at the Plaza.

Your goal would be basically to spend $10 plus tax and tip for each meal, which unfortunately, is not really doable any more downtown, except perhaps for a modest breakfast at Magnolia's or the Market Street Cafe (maybe).

If you had a car, there are a few $10-ish meal deals you can get to, but I'm assuming you won't have one.

I like the suggestion of getting a fridge and having breakfast in your room. The CVS downtown is kind of awful--only-game-in-town expensive and lousy selection-but it's convenient. You can stay under your budget for the remaining two meals.

Furthermore, if the LVA book is in fact available then, they'll deliver it to your hotel for only $10!

$17 prime rib dinner at El Cortez.

Get up early and hit the downtown diners before 7:00AM to get the graveyard specials.    Market ST Cafe at California has a good menu.  I havent seen the prices lately but historically they had good  graveyard deals.

Where you staying?   Get a Funbook from the front desk at Binions or Four Queens for the 2for1 at Magnolias and Binions Diner.   Or do a coupon trade with someone for the 2for1's.

Also, bookmark this site and hope they update for 2024

Check Groupon to see if they have anything.

Pop up Pizza is great for a pizza joint.  Nothing fancy, but good solid pizza.

If you're going to gamble, both plaza and downtown grand have specials for earned points. Downtown grand is $14.95 prime rib dinner or cheaper burger or chicken. Plaza usually has pizza Monday, Taco Tuesday, Hawaiian Thursday where it's a specified meal for free with the required play.
