Aliante Buffet - Anyone been recently?

I was wondering how the Aliante buffet is these days after the mgt change and re-do of the buffet. Any recent experiences?

They used to cook whole hogs on Tuesdays as well. Anyone know if they are still doing this? It used to be great!

I was there this past wed.Las Vegas coupon was used. Food was about the same as last visit in Oct.

As far as I know, Tuesday is still Hawaiian night, complete with the roast pig.

I was there recently for dinner, and it was actually very good. Didn't seem to have changed.

One change I noticed was in the breakfast buffet - under Stations the dessert counter had a variety of pastries, cookies, pies, etc. Nowadays, it's strictly doughnuts.
