Another Restaurant With Huevos Rancheros For Westie

Hi Group,

During my most recent visit to LV, I made it over to Yaffa's Palace/Wok-On-In/Kosher To Go and really liked the place. I noticed Huevos Rancheros on the menu and thought of Westie!

And at least while I was there they had a $4.99 Breakfast Special which was 4 pieces of French Toast, Scrambled Eggs, some Cantaloupe pieces and Coffee Or Tea.

They also have a Mongolian Grill there and all kinds of stuff with what I think are reasonable prices for Kosher food! They are at 1040 Flamingo Road Unit #F (just West of Maryland Parkway). Phone Number: 702-309-5981 or 702-836-9128.

So the menu says that they offer a Mexican Breakfast for $6.99 which among other offerings (this includes a Breakfast Burrito and a Hash Brown Burrito) includes "Eggs Rancheros" which says 2 Eggs, Salsa, Avocado, Fried Tortillas, Rice and Beans!

You're very welcome, Westie! This is an all-in-one place and it is sort of stand-alone in a sort of strip mall at 1040 Flamingo.

I was definitely pleased with what I had there and I found the prices reasonable for Kosher food (which is what my diet is).

I did want to give you another option for this, especially since many cuisines can be adjusted for the Kosher diet. But I really do like this place and I will do what I can to return there in the future!

And yes, Westie, I wanted to offer you another option (and location) for your being able to have the Huevos Rancheros in a place that you probably wouldn't have thought would have ever offered them!

Again, this place offers a lot of different food options.

And since I so appreciate all the information that you put forth here (most especially all of the dining options as well as coupons out there), I thought that this was the very least that I could do!

The Mexican restaurant in Tuscany is open for breakfast on Saturdays & Sundays. They have Huevos Rancheros on the menu.
