Any reviews for The Flame @ ELCO?

If I remember correctly, it's stone crab season. Afficionados will come simply for that. I remember the lady luck's burgundy room with caesar at the table. It is what it is. Not ruth's chris but definitely a bargain with coupies. Good luck.
My son and I ate at the Flame last Friday night; made reservations over the phone that afternoon with no problems. The atmosphere was pleasant, lighting not too bright and they had a pianist playing which my son thought was a really nice touch. Cloth linens on the table also adds a touch of class. Our waiter was great and set a nice pace for our meal....not rushed and didn't languish between courses. My son had the NY strip and I had the queen cut prime rib. We each had the field greens salad and shared sides of steamed asparagus and a huge baked potato. All of the food was delicously prepared. Their wine list is not extensive, but what they have are solid choices at amazingly fair prices(by Vegas standards).

They are now offering their Stone Crab special on Friday and Saturday nights. I had this last year, and for $28 you can't beat it. The LVA and ACG coupons make dining here a very thrifty bargain. I have never had a problem using either of these within the terms of the coupon. I have dined here probably half a dozen times and the experience has always been good. I look forward to my next dining experience at the Flame.

Glasses can affect your vison; especially when they have been emptied several times.....
