I saw a TV show that had a restaurant which featured buffalo ribeyes. It looked great. I am coming to Las Vegas in April and figured that of all places, there must be somewhere there that has buffalo on the menu. I searched the LVA archives but only found buffalo chicken wings and the Buffalo Bills.
Anyone have a suggestion?
