Disclaimer before I give my rating is that I ate there about 2 years ago. However I thought it was very solid. Not on the Wynn or Bellagio buffet level, but many good items including desert. Overall I was pleased with both the selection and the quality.
I have only eaten there for breakfast but, at their price point, I would not go back. The Aria breakfast buffet doesn't compare to Bellagio or Cosmo - just my opinion.
Just ate at both Cosmo and Aria last week. Cosmo has gone WAY down hill. We waited in line for over an hour and I walked away a bit hungry. First time at Aria and I must tell you that it was free because we had comps through MyVegas. I enjoyed the Aria more than the Cosmo. That said.... I've eaten at the Cosmo many times and loved it. I think they are cutting back. I can't say one is better than the other but..... if I enjoyed breakfast at the Aria on a Tuesday morning more than I liked the Wicked Spoon on a Sunday Buffet......
