Bacon??

Nationwide, I see that there are restaurants that 'specialize' in varied and exotic bacon dishes. I wonder if there are any good "gourmet bacon" places in Las Vegas, or if there are specific dishes at particular restaurants that anyone could recommend. My only experience thus far has been with the massive BLT at Hash House A Go-Go (this is more "quantity" than gourmet!). Thanks for any input!!

The bacon at Mon Ami Gabi is tasty. You will want to order it well or crispy because it is so thick it will be like eating fat if you don't.

There was a food booth set up the last 2 times I walked through the grand bazaar area at Ballys that had bacon dishes. I didn't stop but it sure smelled good.
