Bally's Sterling Brunch closing day

The Sterling Brunch was wonderful. Great food, excellent service, and very nice champagne. This was my 2nd time at the Sterling Brunch the other being about 3 years ago prior to them enlarging the area. I enjoyed the brunch and will be sad it has closed.

I spoke with Richard(I think he was the manager) and he said they are hoping to find work within the CET properties for all the staff although nothing has been finalized. They are also hoping to bring back the Sterling Brunch after the area has been remodeled for the new BLT steakhouse replacing Bally's Steakhouse.

Kudos to all the staff who were professional and gave the same great service knowing they would be out of work after the brunch closed Sunday.

We always have enjoyed The Sterling Brunch. The champagne, food & service were excellent.

I certainly hope they find a way to restore the Sterling Brunch. I keep saying that they should renovate the old Big Kitchen buffet room and use that. It's a great space with a strip overview.

Indeed a loss,one of the last "classic" offerings in the city,that hearkened back to a different time and vibe in the city.

I ate at Sterling Brunch a couple of years ago. Fantastic meal and service.

I have been 3 times in the past 2 years, a new find for me. I cannot even describe how sad I am that it will be gone. Really a fabulous experience to dine here.

I hope they do revive it with the BLT however the old world steakhouse ambiance was a part of the overall "charm"

I have been there around 10 times over the years and will really miss making the Sterling brunch a big part of my trip. What other Sunday brunches do you guys recommend? Do they still have Sunday brunch at Zeffrinos in the Venetian Grand Canal shops?
