I remember going to the Bellagio years ago and venison, pheasant, duck were on the buffet at times. Do they still have items like that? I've been to this buffet about 3 times in the last 6 months and don't see any items like that. Just curious.
I was there in July and they had wild boar ribs and duck one night. It was midweek so I guess its hit or miss on the unusual buffet items. The ribs were great!
