Bellagio -- Petrossian Bar

Has anyone tried the vodka sampler and caviar or afternoon tea at the Petrossian Bar?
I splurged for the caviar sampler once.

Hadn't thought to order tea at Petrossian. I usually order the Bellagio Cocktail and listen to pianist and people watch. I love a pit stop here.
I enjoyed the tea. I wasn't much on the tea itself, but the rest of it was very nice. We were 2 women and had so much food we didn't finish all the scones and dessert, so they packaged them up to take with us. You have your choice of what type of tea and sandwiches but if I recall you got what ever the dessert was: some petite fours , small tastes, tarts and they were all yummy. Very elegant setting with the piano playing, we were tucked in the back a bit so it wasn't to noisy. This was a MyVegas Reward and if they offer it again I would do it in a heart beat.
I did the Vodka/caviar tasting 2 years ago as a reward from the MyVegas game. Here's what I wrote in my trip report:

OTHER STUFF - I had another MyVegas comp for the Vodka/Caviar tasting at the Petrossian bar @ Bellagio. This is something I would never do otherwise, but I thought it would be interesting. It was terrific! I thought maybe we’d just get champagne instead of the vodka, but they'd only give you one glass of champagne to replace the 3 tastes of vodka so we stayed with the vodka. None of us are big vodka drinkers, so 3 tastes was plenty to share (and one sister doesn’t drink at all). The samples of vodka included one made from wheat, one made from grapes and one made from potatoes. The caviar included samples from Sweden, France and Poland. The vodka was served in small chilled flutes. The caviar was presented on mother-of-pearl spoons accompanied by buckwheat blinis, toast points, egg yolk, egg white and chopped red onion. We really enjoyed the whole presentation.

I've always enjoyed the afternoon tea. Very classy, I always think of it as an island of sanity in the hustle & bustle going on around it. You do need a reservation, and although they serve from 1-4 pm, if you want to enjoy the ambiance of the piano, book the tea for 3, which is when it starts.
The ladies enjoyed the afternoon tea, while I loved the caviar & vodka tasting.
