Bellagio restaurant questions

sounds good. Thanks, JenD!
Hi Mare,
I'm glad O2BinVega$ answered.. she is the Bellagio expert here.
I think The Cafe is what you're looking for. (I think)
My sister and I did noodles several times- but she loves her green teas and any Asian theme. I loved Noodles but it's just a relaxed (and noisy) too close to the casino floor noodle place like Kwo in AC Caesars or any noodle bar-- I think it's casual but the food is fresh but you and Scott aren't big Pad Thai or Spring roll fans, are you?
The Cafe (for an upscale coffeeshop) is your answer-- many first rate choices, elegant setting, the fresh scent of the Conseratory flowers and no casino machines to hear. No, it's not Jean Phillipe, but they do American very well.

I LOVE Bellagio. I paid to stay there last time (!?!?!!) I wish you tons of good Karmic Fluck
Thanks, JM, I need all the Karmic Fluck I can get!

I LOVE Pad Thai, but it's hard to find good stuff on this side of the country. My favorite place is Lemon Tree in Burlington, MA. You can get decent Pad Thai at Lotus of Siam in Vegas, but I have to order it without the paprika (what is it with this side of the country using paprika on Pad Thai?!). Lotus has excellent spring rolls, though, and terrific sweet & sour sauce. So if Noodles actually has Thai food that's good we might have to try it.

We'll definitely be eating at Olives once, and the buffet for dinner once, and will probably eat the majority of the rest of the meals at the Cafe.

That's sounds like an excellent plan Mmmmmm, pad thai. mmmmmm, food. Mmmm, Bellagio w/ daily food credit.

I can't wait for that trip! My trip before then will be at Monte Carlo's Hotel 32. I'm excited to see what that's like, but nowhere near as excited as I am about a nice three night stay at Bellagio! I think I really need some change in Vegas.
Mare, I'm not a B expert by any means.LOL

I usually always pass them up for another MGM property.

Only when my wife asks to stay there do I relent

The reason being I almost never win any money there.

That means I almost always lose a lot of money there. LOL

I really like the hotel itself. Very nice place!

This next visit I'm passing them up again for Aria. Both offers were identical.

As far as food, I have only dined at buffet, Prime, ice cream parlor, room service, but mostly
at their coffee shop.

All were very good. Coffee shop is probably the best one in LV.
Prime had excellent steaks.
Ice cream place had great choice of very good gelato with some exotic flavors.
Room service was OK. I had mostly breakfasts.
Buffet was nice.

Hey, you did well!!! Nice comps with a tourny thrown in!!!

Hope you take them for a lot!!!

Good luck!!!

Thanks, Jerry! I hope I do, too!
Great offer, Mare!

Our experience at the Bell is limited. We love Olives for lunch but not so much for dinner. Tried it twice & both times found it really noisy. The only other place we tried was the cafe & we enjoyed our meal (dinner) & found the atmosphere quite pleasant for a cafe.

When you're back please let us know what you tried & what you thought.

I still don't know how I got this offer, but I am looking forward to it and will report afterward. More than a month before the trip, though!
