best breakfast spots

leaving for LV tomorrow for a 5 day trip, what are the best places for breakfast on or near the strip? staying at Aria.
On the Strip, Bouchon at Venezia. Winner. Fear my off-Strip spots aren't near-Strip. Do you have a car?
yes, we'll have a car.
Mary's Hash House, sw corner of Decatur and Sahara. And if you're out northwest, Omelet House (not the same as the other O Houses in town). I also like breakfast at Las Vegas Paiute Golf Resort ... what a view, but that's way out there. Buckman's Grille down in Henderson at the Revere at Anthem is a great spot for the view, too.

My favorite breakfast is Egg Works but it's on Flamingo and Ft Apache which is about 15 minutes from the strip. If you can hold out until 11:00 am, spend $22 and go to the Cosmopolitan Brunch (Wicked Spoon Buffet). It is all the food you will need for a day. It is served in individual pots/dishes/containers, and includes champagne, mimosa or Bloody Mary. They have breakfast and lunch food including an omelet station, Salmon, Shrimp, different salads, carving station, etc. You can go earlier than 11:00, but that is when they add the lunch items.

Larry from Las Vegas, NV
I totally agree again with Ken that Bouchon is something special for breakfast.

IMHO Waffles Café at 5165 S. Fort Apache is worth the drive if you like waffles.

I also think BabyCakes Cafe at 2400 N Buffalo Drive is worth the drive if you are crave creative pancakes including red velvet

Ellis Island always serves great vanilla French toast and/or eggs & bacon

Jeez, Frank, Terri would have my nuts if I photographed all our food. lol

Gotta go try me some of those red velvet pancakes. I've made red velvet fried chicken at home.
thanks for the suggestions, I think I have my breakfasts planned out now!
Blue Berry Hill on Flamingo Road, Ellis Island and Egg Works.
Hungry Man Breakfast at Ellis Island.
3 eggs, biscuit & gravy, Potatoes and full size ham steak for $7.99.
