Best Cheese Assortment on a Buffet

I am crazy for cheese, can you all give me your thoughts on the best cheese assortment on a buffet on the strip. Thanks in advance and please keep the cutting of the cheese jokes to a minimum.

Le Village Buffet at Paris for breakfast had a lot of different cheese. They might have more at night I don't know. Never been there at dinner. They are back in MRB and we will make a point to use this coupon for sure.

I agree -- I immediately thought of the Paris. We ate lunch at the buffet, and it was a great selection of cheeses.

Wicked Spoon at Cosmopolitan had a nice assortment not usually seen on buffets.

No question on this one - it is the Paris buffet.

you do know that too much cheese is gonna "bind you up" yes?

I will use the coupon, thanks. As for the other , it counteracts the effects of the Coors Light, if ya know what I mean!
