Best local's restaurant

What's your favorite eating establishment thats off the beaten path in Vegas ? Whats your best kept secret on this topic?

Looking to branch out a little bit on my upcoming trip.
I don't keep any local places secret - if they're good they deserve more business. A few of my favorite tidbits:

"Suicide fries" at Naked City Pizza on S. Arville. The wife likes their wings also.

Best falafel I have ever eaten: Amena Cafe and Bakery on Decatur a couple blocks North of Sahara. The rest of the menu is really good, too. Try the baclava for dessert....

Excellent Indian lunch buffet, good dinner menu: Mint Indian Bistro on E. Flamingo.

Coffee? Now that The Beat downtown has closed the top choice is Sunrise Coffee on E. Sunset. Top shelf espresso, cool hippie vibe.

Deli/Bagel/Breakfast spot: Bagel Cafe on Buffalo Drive just off Summerlin Pkwy.

And of course, no trip is complete without a couple stops at Ronalds Donuts on Spring Mountain. Super nice owners, apple fritters are to die for....

Safe travels and good eating!

Thanks....the Indian Biatro sounds nice
I know it is a chain but Black Bear is great.
