Best of the best?

Just wanted to know what everyone's favorite dish is?
I'm not necessarily looking for a favorite restaurant but a favorite dish in a casino or non-casino restaurant.
This thread has potential.

Off top of my head. ... Lobster pot pie at Michael Mina or Nobhill is exceptional. ... Loved Daniel Boulud's spin on chicken and was sorry to see the place close. (Bradley Ogden does magic with chicken, too). ... Truffled cream corn at SW. ... Crispy leg of duck confit on French lentils at Rosemary's. ... Bone-in rib steak at Delmonico. ... Wagyu at Craftsteak. ... Espresso martini at Red Square.

I will let someone else have a turn. lol
Our tastes are rather changeable and unlike some our repeat business doesn't run out to the every-time-we-are-in-town level. But for some tasty plates:

Braised pork shoulder at Enoteca
Shortbreads at Rosemary's
Branzino at Bartolotta
Omakase experience at Okada
Plateau du fruit du mer when Andre's Original was still up and running
Lobster ravioli at Spiedini
Lotus of Siam ... just tell the server and the chef to bring out what they want
Opakapaka at Second Street
The hamachi and scallop starters at Marssa
Bobby Mercado's carnitas
Gotta agree about that lobster pot pie

To name a few.

Okay, I am in with some memorable dishes:

Red velvet pancakes are topped with whipped cream and chocolate chips with a cream cheese syrup at BabyCakes Cafe.

Quiche Florentine at Bernard's Bistro

French toast, bread pudding style, with warm layers of brioche, custard and fresh fruit (apples) with maple syrup at Bouchon.

Greek meze plate at Estiatorio Milos

Creamed corn at the Flame Steakhouse

Fried catfish w/basil at Lotus of Siam

New England Benny at Maple Tree Country Kitchen

Tamarind ancho chile glazed pork tenderloin served with a mango relish and Mexican risotto (double cream, poblano and corn) or the avocado leaf crusted sea scallops at Mundo

Chicken makahani (butter chicken) and lamb Rajwari at Origin India

Roasted paquillo peppers stuffed with garlic cream cheese at Twin Creeks Steakhouse

Kai yang (BBQ chicken) at Thai Original BBQ

Teriyaki halibut with coconut rice and bok choy @ Todd's Unique

Eggplant rolatini at Ventano's

Strawberry Croissant at Bouchon (in fact any pastry at Bouchon!)
Pork Tenderloin at Mesa Grill
Beer Battered Jumbo Shrimp at 777
Pastrami Reuben at Canter's
Prime Rib at Hugo's
Peking Duck at Tao
Any Pasta at Nove
French Bread at Moni Abi Gabi

I am sure there are others but too hungry now to finish list...

How much does the Omakase dinner at Okada set you back per person? I have done the omakase at Shibuya 3 times, but might want to try Okada if I ever get back to Vegas again.
Karen, you have a PM.
Okada is an experience, especially if you can snag a prime table over looking the waterfall and lagoon. Make sure to pair with sake/wine flight. NOT cheap but oh so worth it!

Just to throw out a few:
Corn chowder with lobster knuckle at Bradley Ogdens
Individual Pecan Pie at Delmonico
Just plain pasta, plain as can be but with the AMAZING butter at B&B
Pork Belly at Pinot Brasserie

And too many now long gone, alas
tart flambee' at Spagos. Bacon, farmers' cheese, and carmelized onions on thin crispy pizza crust.
N'cat said she's never seen me grin bigger.
Westie! Thanks for the pictures! We were planning on eating at the Flame Steakhouse on our next trip and your picture of the cream corn sold it. Mmmmmmm!
